Membership options for those who would like to start training at Unity Gym.

    Build a Habit.

    Our most popular membership.
    Month 1: our Intro course (Usually £150), 8 sessions, running every tuesday and thursday at 19:30 for 4 weeks, starting on the first tuesday of each month. Learn functional movement from expert coaches.

    Month 2 & 3: No limits membership (usually £110 / month).

    This includes an onboarding consultation and free 1-1 Personal Training session.

    Unity Intro.

    This is ideal for anyone new to exercising or with limited experience of functional fitness or strength and conditioning.

    8 sessions, running every tuesday and thursday at 19:30 for 4 weeks, starting on the first tuesday of each month. Learn functional movement from expert coaches.

    Following your purchase, a coach will reach out to you to understand your goals and discuss how we can help.

    Hyrush.

    High-intensity conditioning. Coached properly.

    Hyrush is our fast-paced, high intensity class. Every session is coach-led and structured.

    Unlimited Hyrush Classes: 06:15 or 12:15 Weekdays.

    No Intro Course Required, No experience necessary.
    Effective, varied intensity exercise, get in and out of the gym in 45 minutes.

    Drop in.

    This is for anyone experienced in CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells, functional fitness, strength and conditioning and/or gymnastics.

    Trial the class and the environment. Use code FREE2DROP and book a ‘Functional Fitness’ class via our timetable.

    After the class, the coach can discuss your membership options.

  • Students.

    Specific membership for Students, priced per term.

    This gives you access to

    Any Hyrush class

    Specific Student class, 11:00 Weekdays, 5 days per week.

    Functional Fit at 0930 and 1900

    You will need to complete the intro course prior to attending the student and functional fit classes.
