Build a Habit.
Our most popular membership.
Month 1: our Intro course (Usually £150), 8 sessions, running every tuesday and thursday at 19:30 for 4 weeks, starting on the first tuesday of each month. Learn functional movement from expert coaches.Month 2 & 3: No limits membership (usually £110 / month).
This includes an onboarding consultation and free 1-1 Personal Training session.

Unity Intro.
This is ideal for anyone new to exercising or with limited experience of functional fitness or strength and conditioning.

Hyrush.
High-intensity conditioning. Coached properly.
Hyrush is our fast-paced, high intensity class. Every session is coach-led and structured.
Unlimited Hyrush Classes: 06:15 or 12:15 Weekdays.
No Intro Course Required, No experience necessary.
Effective, varied intensity exercise, get in and out of the gym in 45 minutes. -
Drop in.
This is for anyone experienced in CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells, functional fitness, strength and conditioning and/or gymnastics.
Trial the class and the environment. Use code FREE2DROP and book a ‘Functional Fitness’ class via our timetable.
After the class, the coach can discuss your membership options.
