This is open to anyone experienced with CrossFit type training and has experience with Olympic lifts, squatting, deadlifting and pressing, for example.

Option 1 - UNITY INTRO COURSE
8 Sessions across 4 weeks
Begins with a 121 consultation with one of our coaches
The course includes 1 x 60 min PT session with our head coach, James
This is ideal for anyone new to exercising or with limited experience of functional fitness or strength and conditioning. It’s great for anyone wanting to improve their understanding of exercise as well as their physical potential. Anyone who has been training for a while and got in the “repetitive rut”. You are looking for a kickstart, something challenging, something to test you.
Following your purchase, a coach will reach out to you to understand your goals and discuss how we can help.
Option 2 - Performance Drop In
Trial the class and the environment.
You are welcome to drop in free of charge to experience a class.
Use code FREE2DROP and book a performance class via our timetable.
After the class, the coach can discuss your membership options.
This is for anyone experienced in CrossFit, weightlifting, powerlifting, kettlebells, functional fitness, strength and conditioning and/or gymnastics.
OUR INTRO COURSE
Designed to get you up to speed whatever your starting point, the intro course consists of 8 focus sessions over 4 weeks covering all movements and terminologies used in the main classes.
Once this focus session has been completed you are then eligible to participate in the CrossFit methodology classes covering that movement.
We start with a consultation to understand your reasons for joining, any goals you have, what experience you have, and how we can help you get there.
One size does not fit all and its vital to understand YOU for you to get the most out of Unity Gym.
The intro course also includes a 121 PT session with our head coach James to go through chosen movement in more details.
MOVEMENT SCREENING
We assess your movement patterns making sure everything you do is safe and beneficial to you. We have a “Triage Method” approach. This means the ability, on the spot, to identify area of work-ons and where we need to help you improve each movement
INTENSITY
We all start at different points, we all have different backgrounds in fitness, we introduce intensity into your workouts when YOU are ready.
MOBILITY AND NUTRITION
We look at your diet and your general mobility, we give advice on how to assist recovery and get you to the goals you want to achieve.
HOMEWORK
We want you to fulfil your potential and reach your goals, we will help you do this, but you will have to do the work!
